Brian Hall

With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and events industry, Brian brings a wealth of experience plus an enviable ‘black book’ of sporting and celebrity contacts to draw on. His outgoing personality and knowledge of sport have seen him deliver countless successful events in the UK, his native South Africa and across Europe over the years including rugby tournaments, tours, testimonials, dinners and other events.

Pete Grzonka

Has spent the past 12 years working for professional sport clubs, leading commercial departments at Gloucester Rugby, Glamorgan Cricket, Dragons Rugby and Cardiff City FC. Alongside the live match day events, he has also successfully delivered on non-match day revenues through conferencing and pop concerts..

As well as making their livings working in sport, both Brian and Pete are active in grassroots sport, playing and coaching rugby and cricket.

Louis Mostert

With a background in nightclubs and licensed venues, Louis is the operational hub to the business doing the hard work to make sure the events run smoothly.

Sporting Dinners and Lunches

With audiences ranging between 80 and 200 people our sporting lunches and dinners use personalities from a wide range of sports to offer an intriguing insight into their sporting and private lives.

Our 'round table' events allow you unique access to sporting greats in an intimate environment in some of the best venues in the country. Lucky guests get the opportunity to ask their own questions whilst enjoying the fine dining provided. A truly unforgettable experience.

We handpick some of the nation’s finest Indian restaurants to present sporting guests in a relaxed environment whilst enjoying a sumptuous Indian feast.

South African Braai

The Big Braai, held at Wimbledon RFC, has now become an annual event and always sells out well in advance. We bring in stars of the world of rugby to share their stories in a laid back environment. Whilst the players are always a big draw, the real star of the show is the food. We bring in South African Braai specialists to deliver mouth watering food, fresh from the grill with accompanying salads and breads.

Gala Dinners

A focus point to our year, the annual Gala Dinner allows us a chance for guests and the great and good of the rugby world to dress up and come together in the 5-star surroundings of the Celtic Manor to review the season and look forward to the summer tours.

Arguably one of the best rugby dinners in Wales, the Gala Dinner offers a great chance to celebrate all things rugby.

Race Days

Located at a fully serviced finish line restaurant, our race days allows you to enjoy the racing in style.  We have a professional tipster there to guide you through the race card whilst guests enjoy a welcome drink and delicious 3-course meal.

We also offer the option to sponsor a race delivering brand exposure for companies and an unforgettable experience visiting the winner’s enclosure, choosing the best turned out horse and presenting the winning owner their trophy.

Golf Days

All of our golf days are delivered with the same relaxed, professional feel as our other events. Golfers can enjoy playing on some of the UK’s finest golf courses whilst getting the chance to rub shoulders and play with their sporting heroes. They also enjoy added bonuses such as on-course South African Borewors rolls plus beers, soft drinks and cocktails on various holes. We follow up the golf with a prize-giving ceremony and South African style BBQ dinner.

Music and Comedy Concerts

Whilst many of our events have a sporting theme, we also host boxes at some of the best concerts going. Artists like Ricky Gervais, Westlife, Lewis Capaldi, The Stereophonics and the Script to name but a few.

Match Day Hospitality

If you are planning to attend an international rugby match, let us take the hassle out of matchdays and look after you and your guests with pre and post-match hospitality for matches in Cardiff and Twickenham.

Match day package includes complimentary pre and post-match food and drinks package, match insight and banter from a rugby legend plus after the game we welcome you back for a sing song and post-match entertainment.

silent auctions

Through our contacts in the sporting world, we are able to source high quality signed items, often direct from the stars themselves. We invest in bespoke framing for all of our items which helps create unique memorabilia with a real wow factor. In addition to sporting items, we are also able to source high quality signed memorabilia from the world of music, film and television.

Alongside the memorabilia, we also provide access to unique experiences and events such as fine dining at your home and access to the top concerts in a private box.

We work with a number of charities to raise funds on an event by event basis throughout the year and have raised thousand’s of pounds which have been donated to charities and good causes over the last few years.

Our chosen charity is one that is particularly close to our hearts. Through supporting our events, you enable us to raise funds for Noah’s Ark Charity who support the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales in providing world-class care, helping to ensure the best outcome and experience possible for Children and their families. They also continue to work hand in hand with the NHS to provide funding for the most up to date children’s equipment and facilities for hospitals all over the country.
